One single traveler is leaving netizens confused after sharing how she feels about switching seats on the airline.
The woman explained how frequently she gets asked to switch seats so families can sit together. Similarly, she is confused when it comes down to parents asking for her to change so their kids can get the window seat.
Jaci Stephen who loves to fly solo says there is no harm in standing up for your rights in life and that is exactly what she is doing.
“I love to travel and I do it all the time. What’s the harm in that? It’s just so much fun and I would not change that for the world”- she went on to mention. But when someone tries to bug her and wants to switch seats with her, she really gives them a piece of her mind.
Speaking to an online forum, the woman spoke her mind. And while she did get plenty of attention from some people, others were in awe.
They couldn’t see the problem of switching seats to make someone happy. “If it’s not harming your travel experience, why not spread a smile and embark on the joy of giving”- she continued.
Jaci adds how flying is not cheap. And she really does put in the effort to pay extra to get the seat of her dreams. “I don’t think I should feel guilty and I don’t. It’s as simple as that. I know what I want and when I want it”- she continued.
While on certain days she wants to sit near the aisle, other days she wishes to see out the window. But she doesn’t understand why people love to reign on her parade.
Jaci added how there are times when she is spending weeks if not months to get the seat of her dreams. And giving it up would be an absolute waste of her time, effort, and money. What do you think?
