Well, there’s no point guessing when you’ve got a living example in front of you. Meet 101-year-old Dinkie Flowers who is gearing up to celebrate her 102nd birthday.

She says she could not be more happy and excited as she begins this new journey. And each year, she feels more fabulous than ever. Therefore, she’s now giving out some fabulous advice to those that are searching for a purpose and are on the lookout for making the most of this world that’s left for them.

One look is all it takes that she has zero regrets, whatsoever, not to mention how she makes sure that there’s a smile on her face, no matter where she may be.

Believe it or not, she used to be a professional dancer and even was a star on the hit reality television show for BBC called The Greatest Dancer.

In the same way, she is really going strong in terms of how physical movement, in any shape or form, can really go a long way. So attributing her long years to dancing, there is one other thing that she wants the world to know.

She started to explain how important it is to add some sunshine to your life. Clearly, this is not the answer that many were expecting but according to Flowers, that is what it takes to make you feel great, not to mention the benefits of the great outdoors.

If this news of her mega birthday was not shocking enough, she explained how she still teaches students to dance at her own institute and it’s clear that her passion has done her some good.

Ms. Flowers was born in 1921, just three years after World War I ended. And now, she is making huge plans for her birthday. This includes a Ritz-style tea party for her nearest and dearest.
