The mother collapsed before his eyes and he specifically mentioned that. But the operators felt it was a joke or a prank of some sort and they didn’t take the message seriously. Instead, they told him that if he called again, they would punish him and it would not be fun.

Robert Turner had just entered primary school but he was a smart cookie for his age. Just the thought of him going that extra mile and calling up the 911 rescue services to attain assistance on an urgent basis showed how responsible he was.

But it’s just so tragic that the assistance he was in search of could not be found. He cried but all he got as a reply was that the cops would be sent over to reprimand him if he tried to prank them again.

When the operator heard him crying, he demanded that he give the phone to his father and the child mistook it for his mother. Therefore, he said that she did not want to talk, and that was the tragic end of a heartbreaking incident that still haunts the child today.
