There can be nothing worse in this world than losing those that mean the most.
One family is sharing their absolute heartbreak after a baby brother and baby sister died just months apart from another.
Sources from local media outlets claim both kids died while under the care of their grandmother. And that just makes their deaths all the more painful to accept.
It was announced how the seven-month-old baby died in the back of the 65-year-old grandmother’s Lexus SUV. She was forgotten in the car’s back seat while she played with her toy piano.
Scorching heat conditions on the outside led to a huge build of intense temperatures on the inside. And with the AC shut and the windows sealed, she passed away after suffering from traumatic heat exhaustion.
By the time the grandmother had realized her mistake, it was just too late. Paramedics were called in and they tried to revive the child but it was in vain.
But even before that, the victim’s elder brother had passed away in another tragic incident where the grandmother was put in charge of taking care of him.
Sources revealed how the grandmother was asked to look after her grandson who happened to be swimming in the pool. But despite being under her care, he drowned and died, leaving the family in utter devastation and tragedy.
But it was these two incidents that authorities felt were too many to forgive. Therefore, she was charged with aggravated manslaughter and is now spending time in jail.
“We are just so heartbroken. We don’t know how to put it all into words. It’s very difficult”- the victims’ parents explained.
