Shockingly, many expressed their anger on how she was previously a swimmer who represented the men’s team, and ever since she came out as trans, she switched on over to the female’s side and has been seeing so much success.

Some students have stated how they feel the decision to allow her to compete is wrong, adding how her swimming success is clearly unfair and the matter should be looked into with seriousness.

According to the recent NCAA rules, any trans female athlete can take part in any women’s event if they have successfully finished one whole year of their testosterone impression treatment and that clearly makes Lia eligible.

The controversy surrounding so many transgender athletes has led to many debates in the past and this is being termed as the most recent one where plenty feel they’re competing against a male and for that reason will never be able to beat her records.
