Actress Jennifer Aniston is shedding light on something rather interesting.

The leading actress from Hollywood is sharing her many injuries with the world and how hard it is for her to function on a daily basis knowing that she worked out too hard to get them.

The star says a lot of people forget how hard it is to look a certain way or to remain youthful all the time. They also tend to forget how it’s just heartbreaking sometimes that the pressure to remain size zero and maintain a particular silhouette because people are so used to seeing you this way does not come easy.

Hence, the star mentioned that there are days when she is beyond tired and just wants to rest because her body needs it.

Putting her tiny little frame on display, the celeb took the guts to really show her fans and followers what she means by working out too hard over the years. And that’s when she adds how her body feels like it’s so out of place sometimes.

“It’s broken and I feel it might be something beyond repair. I just burnt it all out. It’s demanding and if only you knew what it takes and what we go through, you’d forget all the glitz and glamour that Hollywood brings forward”- she continued.

Speaking for an exclusive interview, the starlet says she is sad that she was so hard on herself and her body because she felt she needed to oblige to the pressure to be thin.

She adds that life is not fair sometimes and you have to take it as it is but you’re always given a choice. And she was given a choice but she chose to rigorously workout and now, it’s really taken a toll on her.
