A father has stirred up some major controversy online after claiming he married a much younger woman but it’s not the age fact that has netizens baffled.

The fact that his partner looks exactly like his daughter has people wondering what in the world he was thinking.

44-year-old Chris who hails from Arizona in the US mentioned how he has been trolled to such an extent about his personal life that he has had enough of it. Entering into a relationship with a woman who was 16 years younger than him meant that he would be facing a lot of criticism. But this is a different story altogether.

“We get bashed online as if we’ve done some crime. We love each other so much and we try not to let it affect us but it’s just embarrassing how cruel some can be”- the dad continued.

Chris says he fell head over heels for his 28-year-old partner Savanna. And she just so happens to be similar in appearance to his own young daughter.

“I did not choose her for how she appears but how beautiful of a heart she has. It’s hard sometimes to make people understand that and the types of comments I get can be sickening”- the dad adds.

The father has even been dubbed a cradle snatcher and he just feels it’s so wrong that people assume so many things about him without even knowing the truth.

“Why they behave like this is awful! Why should I have to defend the woman I chose?”- the dad cross-questioned.

The duo met when he showed up at her salon for some hair styling. Their eyes locked and it was like love at first sight.

After getting divorced, Chris says he visited his wife more and more and one thing led to another. And today, they’re just so happy and lucky to be in love, despite what haters have to say.
