The leading socialite looked hotter than ever while posing in a skintight black colored PVC bodysuit that featured a naughty little zip underneath.

The one-piece bodysuit was an absolute showstopper for many reasons. It not only fits the celeb like a glove but really hugged her curves in all the right places.

This also put her tattoos on display and fans were going wild at how fabulous her silhouette appeared in this, in general.

But the real shocking element came when viewers were given a glimpse of the zipper attached to the bodysuit. It really did make a whole lot of difference, not to mention add some oomph and naughty behavior for those wearing and others watching.

The reality TV star was all smiles. She really did enjoy seeing what was on display. And in the end, she made sure her fans and followers had something memorable to glance at.

Katie opted to team the attire with a pair of bunny ears. And it was quite evident that her boob job was on display and it really did look fantastic, giving her a fuller cleavage display than usual.

Fans were quick to notice and appreciate them, while others felt she was getting hotter with age and they just could not handle it.

In one picture, Katie can be seen posing with her arms up in the air and right above her head. Her assets were witnessed bulging out of the skintight look.

Her hair was kept soft and sleek, completely straight. And her makeup was done so beautifully with smokey eyeshadow and long flashy lashes.
