Paul O’Grady’s cause of death has finally been revealed as the celeb’s death certificate was made public to the press today.

Sources from local media outlets claim the 67-year-old leading television presenter passed away from cardiac arrhythmia, leaving his loved ones and fans in a state of absolute shock and denial.

Insiders revealed how the star was perfectly fine before this ordeal and was even making plans for his next television appearance but little did anyone know that life would be so short for him and he would end up passing away so soon.

The death certificate proved how his coronary heart disease built up with time and in the end, that is what got the best of him as his cause of death was abnormal heart rhythm or better known as arrhythmia in medical terms which led to the cardiac arrest.

The star passed away at his own residence in Kent on March 28. He was seen speaking so openly about his struggles related to the condition in the past and that was someway linked to his death, the certificate explained today after being issued by the coroner’s office.

But this is not the first time that he suffered from a heart attack. He had a total of three in the past, two of which he survived between the period 2002 to 2014. He similarly battled with kidney disease as per his medical history. And then he was reportedly unable to work for two months after he contracted the deadly coronavirus in 2022.

During this period, the star kept things easy and laid back, staying away from stressful activities and hosting.

It has been revealed that both of his grandparents passed away from heart-related conditions and his family members including his brother and others have also suffered from heart attacks in the past.
