But despite all the negativity and hate coming her way, this singer says she has no time for drama. Recently, she made it a point to school her body shamers who had some not-so-nice things to say about her weight.
They called the singer out for appearing a certain way and flaunting flab in bikinis. According to them, the star needs to watch what she wears because it might not be a pleasant sight for everyone.
But Lizzo called those body-shaming individuals delusional. Instead of lashing out at them directly, she mentioned how her body looked nothing less than a work of art in a bikini.
Therefore, those that felt otherwise needed glasses, she added. The hitmaker has always made it a point to let the world know that she is in a league of her own when it comes to body positivity.
Similarly, she deems it awful how people expect women to appear a certain way, adding how that is just not possible.
The celeb was recently seen announcing how she would be introducing a shapewear line alongside her underwear collection.
This was to make bigger women feel more confident about their size and attire, adding how it was a time people embraced curves instead of starving themselves.
