Kate broke down into tears after hearing the story of the young mother and her daughter and how they were forced to deal with the agonizing condition.

The young child had suffered from an attack of cerebral palsy. And that is what left her in a debilitated state. To keep her alive, doctors only recommended one thing and that was life support.

The whole scenario was recently documented on BBC and that’s where the actress mentioned she became aware of it.

Kate’s agency and a team of representatives stepped in and get the contact details. They alongside the actress were just so appalled at the cost of the healthcare required to keep this beautiful young girl alive.

Therefore, Kate was seen breaking down into tears. She says that this is not something that she felt could be real and she kept on reiterating that statement on and on.

“Our journey has been a really long and traumatic one and I just feel so done at this point in my life”- the mother revealed. She called out the famous Titanic actress for coming through like a guardian angel.
