Hospital menus are specifically customized to cater to the needs of patients but sometimes, things aren’t really what they’re supposed to be.
This next story is about a hospital patient who claims to be mortified when they received the items from the daily lunch menu.
Sources from local media outlets claim the items were beyond shocking and edible and that’s why they ended up calling for McDonald’s delivery to get something into their system.
“It was beyond appalling at the way they were treating the patients. The plate was the most grim plate of food that I had come across in my life and I want you all to know that”- sources went on to reveal.
The woman who goes by the name Hazel McDonald says her partner knew immediately that this was not right and since she was starving, he ordered some McDonald’s for her.
“I needed to get some food into my system fast, I was beyond hungry and this meal was just not going to cut it”- she continued.
Since then, the couple has gone viral, bashing the restaurant for this kind of behavior. They claim it is not only unacceptable but also the fact that it was coming from Ayr Hospital in Scotland is just not something they could believe. But netizens were really curious about what was on display.
They wished to see images because seeing is believing and certainly, the results were not appetizing one bit.
The horrifying dish comprised turkey, beans, and half a tomato. And if that was not unbelievable enough, they had even gone to the extent of pouring a very watery-like consistency for the gravy as well.
There were also no other options and the only other thing was sandwiches which were off on that particular day.
