The grieving dad of a young woman who was recently shot dead for turning into the wrong driveway is finally speaking out.

He claims that there are no words to describe how he feels at this moment in time. And that’s because he could never imagine in a million years that his daughter would leave the world so soon for the most senseless and heartbreaking act.

He is now lashing out at the suspect who found it okay to gun her down, leaving her with critical injuries that led to her death in no time.

“How can he just fire at anyone and everyone without any threat? This is just wrong on so many levels. He deserves to die in jail”- the dad continued while wiping away his tears.

The devastated father of Kaylin Gillis mentioned that the homeowner was known to be a hot-headed individual but that did not give him the right to kill his little one.

“She was my precious princess. She did not deserve this behavior”- he continued. And many who have come across the incident agreed.

Gillis was reportedly shot dead after she and her close friends drove onto the property by mistake while they happened to be in search of another friend’s address.

But little did they know that one small mistake would cost them big time. “It’s just so tragic, the police chief mentioned. He says that this behavior is the most awful thing he’s come across in a really long time. It’s a senseless crime”- he continued.

Now, the dad says he and his family must live knowing that their daughter will never come back. And he’s urging the state officials to do something about the disasters unfolding in the country, especially the growing number of gun violence cases.

This is the second instance in the states where a person has been shot going to the wrong place What is happening to people where is the common sense? Did they look like a threat? Did they think before they reacted? This is terrible. My heart goes out to the family and I think this person should go to jail.
