The Hadid sisters and their family have been getting a series of death threats after they shared support for Palestine online.

The models who are half Palestinian in origin have been awfully vocal about the support they have for the state in the past few days through their social media accounts. This is in the midst of the ongoing conflict taking place between and Israel-Palestine.

Gigi and Bella’s father is a famed property developer who goes by the name Mohamed Hadid and is Palestinian. Therefore, Gigi has been blasted by the Government of Israel for producing posts that are in support of the people hailing from Palestine.

Moreover, it has been mentioned how Gigi and her family keep getting death threats regarding their display of support for Palestine and therefore have been left with no option but to take major action.

Gigi as well as her family include some of the biggest names in the industry like supermodel Bella, brother Anwar, and her parents Yolanda as well as Mohamed.

They are all being issued extra protection and advised to have their phone numbers changed amid those threats, TMZ mentioned.

Meanwhile, sources speaking to the publication added how the family keeps getting horrific messages through email, phones, and social media. And this was after the numbers were leaked online.

Both Gigi and Bella have been strong advocates for speaking their minds on matters linked to the Israeli and Palestinian conflict. Therefore, to see them get bashed in this manner is not only shocking to see as this has never happened in the past.

The news comes as the conflict between both sides intensifies as the Gaza Strip turns into a battlefield with thousands of innocent lives being lost on a daily basis with the UN calling the matter out as a severe humanitarian crisis.
