Harry Potter fans broke down in tears recently after news of the legendary Dumbledore actor Sir Michael Gambon’s death broke the internet.
Many people referred to it as one of the darkest days in history after the star died in the hospital at the age of 82. Moreover, he is believed to have been suffering from a huge bout of pneumonia, sources went on to add.
The leading figure for the British stage and movie screen started his career at a young age and it spanned a whopping six decades. He was much loved by audiences from all over the world as Albus Dumbledore and showed up in six of the eight films that were based upon JK Rowling’s famous books.
This led to a long list of tributes pouring in for the celeb from many members of the fraternity. This included Jason Isaacs who was seen playing Lucius Malfoy in the famous Harry Potter movie. He released a tweet that mentioned the heartbreaking news of Sir Michael’s death and that had fans devastated.
Many recalled how he was one of the most humble, talented, and hardworking members of the industry. Therefore, his loss was outlined as one of the greatest ones out there today.
Dumbledore is world-famous as a character in the Harry Potter series. He had mentioned once how he played the headmaster for Hogwarts and it was like sticking on a beard and then playing. Moreover, he referred to it as a no feat and enjoyed his time thoroughly. But his fans disagreed and knew that it required much more than just that to be at the top of the game and play the role.
Another person called him a brilliant human and actor who really took the role on as one of his own. And then there were some who recalled him as an absolute trickster from the leading film franchise who added that sparkle that had been missing for so long.
