Sometimes you feel pain out of nowhere, whether it may be getting a paper cut or hitting your finger with a hammer.

Then there are cramps.

These sudden appearing ‘muscle spasms’ are painful enough to make a person immobilized in an instant.

The Video below showed the process of cramps appearing on calves through a short video which lasted for about 40 seconds.

When a man puts his right leg on his left knee, the cramp started in his calf.

The calf muscles are instantly distorted, causing the surface to move ruggedly.

Experts say sudden spasms in the calves are due to lack of water in the body, sudden exercise, severe nervousness, and sudden changes in temperature.

To prevent muscle spasms in advance, it is effective to relax the muscles gently with warm water.

Intra-muscular exercises are also recommended for areas where stretching is needed and where the cramps frequently occur.
