The couple has eaten nothing but fruits in the past 3 years and they have not brushed their teeth in the last 2 years.
It is surprising to most of us but to them, it has become the way of life now.
Warsaw, Poland’s 39-year-old Tina Stoklosa and her fiancé Simon Bean, a 26-year-old citizen of Izegem, Belgium are setting some epic goals for people. The couple loves traveling. Well all of us do but they do not travel like us. The couple is a traveler couple and they travel around the world to make youtube videos on fruits and places.
The couple has been living on a fruit diet for the last 3 years and they are in no mood to stop anytime soon. Their travel allows them to go to different parts of the world in search of rare fruits they cannot find in the regular places. Most of their time is passed in jungles while they explore and look for fruits. Their journey and exploration can be viewed on their YouTube channel and Facebook page that both runs with the name of ‘Fit Shortie Eats’.
Tina had been overweight for her entire life. She tried different kinds of diets and so many alternatives to reduce weight but everything failed her.
She was tired of it and that is when she came up with the fruit diet plan. 5 years ago she took the fruit diet and her fat started to reduce drastically. Her body was reduced to half her size and shredded of a great amount of fat. The fat is not it, she says she feels much more energetic and happier all the time now as compared to the earlier times.
Tina decided to go away to Bali to live a complete fruit diet based life and for that, she had to move away from the western world and its habits. In Bali, she found the love of her life and they both share an amazing bond. The couple only munches on sweet fruits and enjoy them with coconut water.
The couple says there are uncountable benefits that a complete fruit diet can provide to a person’s physical and mental health. It lowers down the depressing elements in the body and allows you to live a stress-free life.
