The iconic singer, Cher, who is 72 years old has revealed the secret to her ageless look.
The secret to looking eternally young is what you put — or rather don’t put — in your body, according to Cher.
‘All right. I don’t drink; I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs — I never have. I work out. I’m pretty good with my diet, except I like chocolate.’ the 72-year-old told the Today show.
‘I think, also, I’ve always kept working,’ she added.
However, these strict rules are very hard for people to follow. But, if you want to look young forever then these are the only rules to follow.
Though, Cher has accepted having rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, a facelift, and dental surgery.
Jennifer Lopez also follows the same rules as she told Us Weekly in 2016.
‘I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.’ the 48-year-old singer said.
Cher also talked about her role in the movie ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’.
Cher is playing Meryl Streep’s mother in the sequel.
‘This was one of the most extraordinary adventures of my life. Everyone was so gracious and they just loved me.’ she said.
‘I never thought I would do many movies. I believe what belongs to you comes to you, and I would never would have thought this belonged to me, but obviously it did.’ she added.
Cher is also working on ‘The Cher Show,’ a musical based on her life.
