The dish includes all the necessary ingredients that go into the making of a kebab. Traditionally a kebab does include tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, and cabbage.

It has been prepared with the combination of three different kinds of cheese which are cheddar, halloumi, and raclette. There is no meat, but these three cheesy elements are meant to make all the difference.

Roland, the inventor of Cheebab in his interview to the Munchies said that a dish like Cheebab was made out of the conclusion that there was a gap present in the market that was needed to be filled and the farm encourages to try new concepts and dishes like Cheebab.

It took Roland almost a year to conceptualize the recipe and come up the final outcome. It can’t be said as to when will Chebab hit the British restaurants, but the Swiss farm has never had aims of global supremacy.

Roland added that the farm he works in is a small one and won’t be able to handle the international operations. He also mentioned that the farm wants to keep coming up with new and exciting recipes for the locals and that is it. In his opinion, the Chebbab’s are definitely an option for the vegetarian folks.
